This policy describes how DigiCreations LLC ("DigiCreations", "we") handles information collected through this website (digicreations.net) and through communications with us. Software products we build for clients, or operate under their own brand, are governed by their own privacy notices.
1. Information we collect
- Information you send us — name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message when you contact us.
- Technical information — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) retained for security and troubleshooting.
- Mobile numbers for text messaging — only if you opt in within one of our products by entering your number and requesting a verification code.
This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third‑party analytics.
2. How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and provide services you request.
- To send transactional text messages you have opted into — for example one‑time sign‑in or verification codes and account notifications. We do not send marketing text messages.
- To keep our systems secure and to diagnose problems.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Text messaging (SMS) terms
- Opt‑in: you consent by entering your mobile number in a DigiCreations product and requesting a code or enabling notifications.
- Content: account verification codes and service notifications only.
- Frequency: varies with your use of the product.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan.
- Opt‑out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@digicreations.net.
- No sharing: mobile opt‑in data and consent are not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Numbers are shared only with the SMS delivery provider needed to send the message.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers acting on our instructions (hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery), when required by law, or to protect the safety and rights of people.
5. Retention
Contact correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle the matter and for our records. Server logs are kept up to 90 days. Mobile numbers used for verification are kept for the life of the related account or until you opt out.
6. Security
Data in transit is protected with TLS. Access to systems is restricted to authorised personnel and logged.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@digicreations.net. We honour applicable rights under US state privacy laws and the GDPR where they apply.
8. Children
This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
9. Changes
We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date.
